GSSA services

Everything an airline needs in Pakistan. One accountable partner.

A fully outsourced cargo operation — from the first sales call to the last settlement — so your capacity turns into revenue without the cost of a local office.

What is a GSSA?

Your cargo office in Pakistan — without building one.

A General Sales & Service Agent lets an airline do business in a country without opening its own office there. The airline gets a full local cargo team — sales, customer service and airport staff — without paying to set one up.

The GSSA acts in the airline's name. It supports cargo bookings and shipments within its agreed appointment, and it is the airline's link to the freight forwarders and IATA agents who bring the cargo.

For years, that was enough: an agent kept the airline's name in the market. Today airlines expect more. They want tonnage and revenue they can see, service their customers return for, and reports that prove the results. That is the job we do in Pakistan.

  • On-line airlines fly into Pakistan. We fill their holds and supervise every uplift at the airport.
  • Off-line airlines don't fly here. We sell their network through interline partners, so Pakistani cargo reaches their hubs.
  • One neutral desk between the airline and 250+ IATA agents and forwarders — fair to every customer, focused on yield.

The difference

Representation keeps you present. We sell.

A GSSA can simply hold the airline's name in a market. We are measured on what actually flies — and we run the market that way.

Charter

Coordination of worldwide cargo aircraft charters with air operators, subject to aircraft availability and shipment requirements.

Airport operations

On the ground, 24 hours a day.

Our own office inside the airport handles import and export around the clock. Dedicated staff work to ICAO and IATA standards, coordinating acceptance, screening, build-up and loading with the ground handler and airline.

  1. Acceptance & space

Acceptance records, space confirmation, reporting, screening and deposit timings for every flight — including special cargo: VAL, AVI, PER and VUN.

  2. Cargo Caring Tools

Trained staff watch every scan. Any discrepancy goes to the customer straight away, with proof. AWBs and a date-wise logbook are kept for every shipment.

  3. Loading & offloading

ETA/ETD and ULD loading records with photos at loading, and coordination with the ground handler by email, telex and WhatsApp to minimise offloads.

On the ramp

Every ULD supervised from build-up to door.

Offloads cost airlines revenue and customers trust. We supervise cargo build-up against the load plan and work with the ground handler to get every booked shipment onto the aircraft.

  • Flown-as-booked focus — we track every booking through to uplift and raise the ratio.
  • Photo records at loading, with ETA/ETD and ULD details logged for every flight.
  • Handler coordination by email, telex and WhatsApp, around the clock.

Special cargo

The shipments that need more care.

Our staff are trained in special cargo. These shipments get their own acceptance checks, documents and supervision through to loading.

PER

Perishables

Meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, timed for a fast and short dwell at the airport.

AVI

Live animals

Acceptance is subject to the IATA Live Animals Regulations, applicable requirements and the operating airline’s approval.

VAL

Valuables

High-value shipments with secure acceptance and a recorded handover.

VUN

Vulnerable cargo

Goods at risk of theft, with closer supervision from screening to loading.

For forwarders & IATA agents

One call for rates, space and bookings on all our airlines.

Airlines appoint us, but forwarders book with us every day. We work for both sides, and we treat every agent the same way.

  • Several airlines, one desk. On-line capacity out of Pakistan, and off-line networks reached through interline partners.
  • A sales contact in your city. Our own staff in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Sialkot, Faisalabad and Multan.
  • The same rules for everyone. We apply the airline’s commercial policies consistently, with rates and space subject to shipment requirements and availability.
  • Eyes on your cargo at the airport. Status updates around the clock, and any discrepancy reported to you straight away with proof.
