Perishables
Meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, kept moving so they spend as little time as possible at the airport.

Sales win the booking. The airport decides whether it flies. Our own office inside Karachi airport handles import and export around the clock, coordinating acceptance, screening, build-up and loading with the ground handler and airline.
Why it matters
It loses the revenue on that flight, and it loses the forwarder's trust for the next one. That's why we don't hand cargo over at acceptance and walk away. Our staff stay with it until the aircraft door closes.
Dedicated airport staff work to ICAO and IATA standards and coordinate with the ground handling agent by email, telex and WhatsApp, at any hour.
A shipment's journey
What happens to a booked shipment between the forwarder's truck and take-off.
The booking is confirmed against the airline's capacity, with reporting, screening and deposit timings sent to the forwarder.
Cargo is weighed and checked against the booking. Acceptance records are kept for every shipment.
Our staff watch the scanning. Any discrepancy goes to the customer straight away, with proof.
Cargo is built up against the load plan, under our supervision, to get the most out of every position.
ETA/ETD and ULD loading details are logged, with photos taken at loading.
Status updates go to the customer, and the AWB is filed in a date-wise logbook for every flight.
Cargo Caring Tools
We call it Cargo Caring Tools (CCT): the habits our airport team follows on every shift, for every shipment.
Trained staff are present at screening for our airlines' cargo.
The customer hears about any problem straight away, with evidence.
Forwarders know where their cargo is without having to chase.
Every air waybill is kept on file for reference and audit.
A daily log of every flight and shipment we handle.
Someone from our team is at the airport whenever cargo moves.
Special cargo
Our staff are trained in special cargo. These shipments get their own acceptance checks, documents and supervision through to loading.
Meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, kept moving so they spend as little time as possible at the airport.
Acceptance is subject to the IATA Live Animals Regulations, applicable requirements and the operating airline’s approval.
High-value shipments with secure acceptance and a recorded handover.
Goods at risk of theft, with closer supervision from screening to loading.
Flown as booked
We supervise the ground handling agent closely and track each booking through to uplift. Every offload we prevent is revenue kept for the airline and a forwarder who books again.
